Procrastinators unite! It's Monday, you've just come out of the haze of the holidays of last week, and now you've realized that you have made zero plans for the last evening of 2013 and your significant other is about to be pissed.

Never fear! There are a ton of places in L.A. that still have availability for tomorrow evening, and we've found a few that we'd love to go to any night of the year. Turn the page for your one-way ticket to organized-ville. (Disclaimer: These reservations will go fast, so all we can guarantee is that they were available at the time of this writing. Act now!!)

Alma downtown still has a couple of tables left early in the evening. Chef Ari Taymore is serving a relatively bargain-priced menu: $95 for nine courses.

Barnyard in Venice still has tables early (6:45 and earlier) and later (9 and later). They're serving their regular menu and are having an after-party to ring in the new year starting at 10:30 p.m. You can read our review of Barnyard here.

The Factory Kitchen, downtown's newest Italian hot spot, has quite a few tables left, on the early and late sides. Unlike most of the restaurants in town, it will be serving a regular menu, meaning you don't have to fork out the big bucks. Unless you want to (it does have a great wine list, and it would be a good night to splurge).

Goldie's is having a disco-themed New Year's Eve, and still has tables left at 6 and 6:15 and then again after 9 p.m. They're serving a three-course, $65 menu that includes Champagne.

The Hungry Cat in Santa Monica is wide open right now, with reservations available throughout the evening. Quite a romantic place to ring in the new year. Chef David Lentz is serving a three-course dinner for $85 per person.

Lucques still has some tables available, basically all night except from 6:30-8 p.m. Luques is throwing a “speakeasy NYE.” The first seating is $110; the second seating is $150 per person.

Maison Giraud in the Pacific Palisades still has a couple of later reservations, between 9 and 10 p.m. The restaurant is serving a $85 prix fixe menu.

Mélisse still has a few tables available, but only if you're willing to eat at 5 or 5:45. Still, that's quite a decadent way to end the year. And you'll have time to digest before midnight!

Night + Market still has reservations available early and late (it's open 6-10:30 p.m.). They're serving the regular a la carte menu, plus a few specials including kao gan chin, which we named one of our best dishes of 2013.

n/naka has a couple of very early tables available, if you're willing to shell out the $225 per person. It's sure to be a memorable meal, though — you can read our review of n/naka here.

Paiche, Ricardo Zarate's restaurant in Marina del Rey, has just a couple of tables left, around 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. Zarate is serving a five-course, $95 dinner.

Red Medicine still has tables at 6:45 and before, as well as 8:30 and later. Chef Jordan Kahn is serving a six-course tasting menu for $95, with beverage pairings available for $55.

Rivera, John Sedlar's downtown restaurant, still has availability early in the evening and again after 9 p.m. Sedlar is serving a five-course menu for $125, which includes a glass of champagne.

Sunny Spot in Venice is wide open, with reservations available all night as of right now, and is billing its NYE dinner as a “house party.”

The Tasting Kitchen still has some early reservations, up to around 7 p.m. It's a financial commitment — $190 per person — but for that price you'll get eight courses of chef Casey Lane's awesome Californian/Italian comfort food.

Willie Jane in Venice is wide open, with reservations all night available for the $75, four-course dinner.
