Along with the legalization of THC in many US states, CBD has become a multi-billion dollar business. Hemp-derived CBD and Delta-8 products are legal in most states, and as Marijuana’s “little sisters,” CBD and the minor cannabinoids are not as psychoactively potent but still produce many of the other effects of weed. CBD is used to reap the benefits of cannabis for everything from pain relief to skin issues, while hemp-derived delta-8 has about two-thirds to one-half the psychoactive potency of traditional delta-9 THC but may produce similar pain relief and relaxation levels.
The move toward cannabis normalization has provided the consumer with many choices for consumption. CBD can now be found in just about any form you might want – topical, edible, smokable.
