63-Year-Old Man Fatally Struck in Bicycle Crash near Inverness Way

SUNNYVALE, CA (September 28, 2022) – Monday evening, a bicycle collision near Wolfe Road claimed the life of Yong Hu.

The incident happened around 5:11 p.m., near the intersection of Wolfe Road and Inverness Way.

According to reports, Hu was riding his bicycle in the area when he was struck by a vehicle. Emergency crews arrived and found Hu with serious injuries.

Medics then transported him to Santa Clara Valley Medical Center for further treatment. Despite life-saving attempts, officials pronounced 63-year-old Yong Hu dead at the hospital.
