Los Angeles has America's worst traffic, its worst road rage and some of its worst streets and rudest drivers.

We're surprised more of you don't just give up and get on the nearest Metro light-rail train.

But you're go-getters. And when you get up and go, you're some of the very worst drivers in the United States, according to a new report from Allstate.

You have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the insurance company's new Best Drivers Report to find the city of Los Angeles. We're 193rd out of 200. That's down a few places from 191st last year.

Even when weighted for population, L.A. came in 192nd in the 2016 report.

Why?

According to Allstate, the average Los Angeles driver had a short 6.3 years between crashes (the American average is about 10 years), and the likelihood of a collision is 58.8 percent higher than the national average.

The whole area is a sea of bad drivers, too. Glendale ranked 195th, Fullerton 188th, Garden Grove 187th and Torrance 179th.

If you really want to watch the worst drivers in America, you'd have to travel to Boston, Allstate found. Beantown, where the average drivers gets fenders bent every 3.7 years, ranked last.

The place with the best drivers overall was Brownsville, Texas. It took drivers there 14.6 years to get their vehicle scratched.

When controlling for population, Madison, Wisconsin, was the city with the best drivers. It took them 13.3 years to get into a mashup.

The Auto Club of Southern California says nearly 2.5 million drivers will hit the roads for the Fourth of July weekend. Let's all try to improve those crash statistics, m'kay?
