The month of December has been a rollercoaster to say the least. From shopping events to holiday bashes, it almost felt like a normal holiday season until Omicron kind of became coal in all our stockings. Here’s some fun “Worn Out” photos of events in L.A. before the surge the past few weeks, when we felt a little bit more fearless (and festive) about mingling and jingling.

Pictured:  This week’s LA Weekly cover girl Saweetie hosting Jack Daniels’ Icy Season soiree (photos by Jorge Meza & Bee Famous Photography/Jack Daniels); cover subjects from last year, The Freak Brothers,’ merch bash at Fred Segal with current tabloid buzz boy Pete Davidson, plus John Goodman and more (photos by Frank Micelotta/PictureGroup for TUBI); The Bob Baker Holiday Disney Bazaar with Shag, Sven Kirsten and more (photos by Al Zequeira); and Season’s Screamings Horror Holiday Convention at the Pasadena Convention Center (photos by Lina Lecaro).
