You might think you're strong. You might win at arm wrestling at the bar or even take down your friends in a little game of horsing around. You can do 50 push-ups, for sure.

But real strong is coming to Los Angeles. The world's biggest muscle men are headed to town as we speak for “The World's Strongest Man” 2014.

The competition will feature  …

… a “vehicle pull,” a dead lift, a squat lift, an overhead lift, “Atlas stones,” a keg toss (of course), and more.

It all happens March 22-29 at the Commerce Hotel & Casino, Paramount Studios (where it will not be open to the public), Universal CityWalk, and Venice, organizers tell us.

After heading to Sanya, China last year the event, sponsored by the Commerce Hotel & Casino, returns to that L.A. County venue, where it was held in 2012.

American Brian Shaw will defend his title against about 30 global competitors at the 37th annual battle. It will be televised by the CBS Sports Network.

Here's where you can see it up close and personal for $0 down, $0 monthly payments, according to a statement:

Five qualifying events on Saturday, March 22, and Monday, March 24, and four final events on Saturday, March 29, to determine will be contested at The Commerce Hotel & Casino. These three days are open to the public and admission is free.

Other competition open to the public and free of charge will be Tuesday, March 25 at Universal City Walk in Hollywood and Friday, March 28, at Venice Beach.

Enjoy. Don't forget to use plenty of cocoa butter and stretch out, even if you're just watching.
