83-Year-Old Woman Badly Hurt after Fatal Vehicle Hit Near Desert Hills Drive

ANTHEM, AZ (July 13, 2023) – Sunday morning, a hit-and-run crash near 29th Avenue left one woman with injuries. The incident happened on June 25th at around 6:40 a.m. when a pickup truck slammed into an 83-year-old woman. According to the authorities, the woman was walking along the area when the pickup truck, suspected as a black 2017 to 2022 Chevrolet Colorado or GMC Canyon, hit her. Furthermore, the old woman suffered extreme injuries and was rushed to the hospital where she was listed in a critical state. Consequently, the officers have determined that the pickup truck obtained damage to the passenger side, including the side mirror.
