Woman Trapped in a Vehicle After a Rollover Crash off I-5 in South Bay[CA]

Chula Vista, CA ( July 28, 2021 ) – Thursday morning, July 22, A woman was rescued after being trapped in a crash in Chula Vista.

The crash took place at about 4:30 a.m. off northbound I-5 near eastbound state Route 54, as per California Highway Patrol.

According to the CHP, She lost control of her automobile for unexplained reasons and it rolled across a grassy area before coming to a stop on its roof.

The woman, who has not been named, was transported to the hospital with unspecified injuries.

The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
