Two-Vehicle Collision near Highway 41 Left One Woman and One Dog Dead
MADERA COUNTY, CA (October 25, 2022) – Thursday evening, a two-car crash on Road 208 claimed the life of one woman.
The incident happened on October 20th, at around 6:30 p.m., along Road 208 near Highway 41.
According to reports, a woman in a black Mini Cooper veered into the path of a Toyota Tacoma on Highway 41 from Road 208. As a result, the two vehicles collided.
Following the collision, medics pronounced the woman and her dog dead at the scene. Medics then airlifted the male passenger of the Mini Cooper to a local hospital for treatment. Meanwhile, the driver and passenger of the Tacoma sustained moderate to major injuries. At this time, it is unclear whether or not they needed to be hospitalized.
Emergency crews closed down the area surrounding the collision for cleanup and preliminary duties. An investigation into the two-car crash on Road 208 is currently underway.
