Rollover Collision near Bluff Springs Road Left Woman Dead
AUSTIN, TX (September 6, 2023) – Saturday evening, a rollover crash on Slaughter Lane left one woman dead and another injured.
The incident happened on August 26th, shortly after 10:02 p.m. on Slaughter Lane between Interstate 35 and Bluff Springs Road.
According to reports, a pickup truck was traveling eastbound on Slaughter Lane. There, the driver lost control, crossed the lanes of the road, and rolled the pickup over.
Emergency crews arrived at the scene shortly after and extricated two women from the wreckage. Medics then pronounced the driver of the pickup dead at the scene. Meanwhile, paramedics transported the passenger to Saint David’s South for treatment of serious injuries.
Investigators state that neither drugs nor alcohol were factors in the rollover crash on Slaughter Lane.
