Hit-And-Run Crash on Stine Road Kills one Woman, Police Search for Driver

BAKERSFIELD, CA (September 13, 2021) – Authorities are searching for the driver in a hit-and-run crash on Stine Road that killed one Woman last Tuesday.

Officers responded to the incident just after 10:30 P.M. at the intersection of Stine Road and Ming Avenue.

Upon Arrival, the responders located an adult female struck by the involved SUV. The female pedestrian sustained major injuries from the crash.

Eventually, paramedics arrived at the scene and transported the patient to a hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.

At this time, the identity of the deceased victim and the hit-and-run suspect remains unavailable.

The authorities believed that the suspect fled eastbound on Ming Avenue in a red or orange 2020 Toyota C-HR SUV.
