58-Year-Old Woman Pronounced Dead after 2-Car Accident near Natomas

YOLO COUNTY, CA (April 29, 2022) – Wednesday night, a 58-year-old woman lost her life after a car crash on Old River Road.

The accident occurred around 9:35 p.m., along Old River Road just west of Natomas on April 20th. Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after.

According to authorities, the collision involved a Lexus and a Hyundai vehicle. However, the events leading up to the crash still currently remain unclear.

Reports indicate that medical personnel located one victim dead at the scene. Although, officers have not yet released their name or place of residency.

At this time, California Highway Patrol officials continue to work and determine the cause of the crash. Once available, further details will be provided.

Yolo County authorities asked anyone who witnessed the accident to reach out to their local offices. However, an active investigation is currently underway.
