Head-On Collision on Walnut Avenue Left One Dead, Three Children Injured

SACRAMENTO, CA (January 6, 2022) – A head-on crash on Walnut Avenue left a woman killed and her 3 sons injured Wednesday evening.

The fatal incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. when a Kia collided into an oncoming Ford at Walnut Avenue, south of Kinross Road.

Paramedics immediately responded to the scene.

Later on, the investigators determined that the 38-year-old female Kia driver was intoxicated.

Meanwhile, the three children passengers and two adults remained at the hospital for treatment.

At this time, the Head-on crash remains under investigation by Sacramento County Officials.
