30-Year-Old Woman Hurt in Traffic Crash on Broadway

SAN DIEGO, CA (May 13, 2022) – Saturday morning, a vehicle collision on 11th Avenue left one woman hurt, authorities said.

The two-car crash happened at 11th Avenue around 3:40 a.m., according to authorities.

Furthermore, reports revealed that the 30-year-old woman was traveling in a red 2008 Mazda 6 at the time.

Consequently, due to unknown reasons, she ran a red light at the intersection.

The vehicle broadsided a northbound white 2016 Cadillac Escalade occupied by a 42-year-old man. Eventually, the woman suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Paramedics transported the woman to a hospital for treatment. Meanwhile, investigators are working to determine what led up to the crash.
