37-Year-Old Male Driver Arrested after Suspected DUI Collision near Interstate 805

SAN DIEGO, CA (August 15, 2022) Thursday afternoon, authorities arrested one driver after a suspected DUI crash on State Route 94.

According to the California Highway Patrol, officers responded to a call around 1:00 p.m. in the eastbound lanes State Route 94, west of Interstate 805.

Furthermore, investigators said the collision involved a 37-year-old man driving a Cadillac sedan and a 21-year-old female driver of a GMC SUV.

Moreover, responding officials restrained and arrested the Cadillac’s driver after showing signs of drug impairment.

Meanwhile, the female GMC driver sustained minor injuries from the collision.
