One Hurt Following a Chain-Reaction Crash at Interstate 8
MISSION VALLEY, CA (July 19, 2022) – Saturday morning, a multi-car crash on Interstate 8, left an unidentified woman injured.
The accident happened on July 9th, at around 10:30 a.m., along Interstate 8 near Interstate 805.
According to reports, one vehicle rear-ended another and caused a chain reaction that involved four other vehicles. A Toyota Camry crashed into a Honda Civic, which hit a Volkswagen Tiguan, which then hit a Nissan Armada.
First responders arrived and located a female motorist with injuries. They transported her to a nearby hospital for medical care. No other injuries were reported from those involved in the accident.
At this time an active investigation is underway. Police have not released any additional information at this time. However, more information will be forthcoming when it is made available.
