Female Victim Hospitalized after Crash near Highway 168 in Fresno

FRESNO, CA (November 22, 2021) – An unidentified female driver is recovering after a hit-and-run on Ashlan Avenue on Monday.

The incident occurred when a vehicle drove through a red light and struck the female driver on Ashlan near Highway 168.

Afterwards, the male driver exited his vehicle and yelled at her, according to the female victim.

Ultimately, the driver fled the scene on foot, leaving the car behind in the middle of the road. According to the investigators, the tan Chevrolet Silverado 2500 has the license plate number is 16342Z2.

In addition, the female victim pointed out that the man had a grey beard and was wearing a dark hat, jeans, and a flannel with a grey hoodie.
