Hit-and-Run Driver Left Woman Injured on G Street

SHERMAN HEIGHTS, CA (August 20, 2021) – Police are looking for the hit-and-run driver who injured a woman crossing G Street in the Sherman Heights area.

The incident occurred around 2:13 P.M. Tuesday morning, according to officer Scott Lockwood of San Diego Police.

In addition, investigators claimed that a vehicle struck the woman in the middle of the 2100 block of G street.

However, the involved driver immediately fled the scene before the authorities arrived.

Eventually, the paramedics transported the female victim to hospital suffering from a broken leg.

At this time, the Sherman Heights officials do not have any description of the hit-and-run suspect or their vehicle.
