DUI Driver Arrested after Fatal Motorcycle Crash on Starr Street

STANTON, CA (June 24, 2022) – Tuesday night, a woman was pronounced dead after a motorcycle collision on Beach Boulevard.

The crash happened around 9:30 p.m., when a man driving a pickup made a U-turn on Beach Boulevard to southbound Starr Street.

Meanwhile, a woman on a motorcycle was heading north on the same road and collided with the pickup. Later on, Orange County Sheriff Scott Steiner said there were no traffic lights at the intersection.

Due to the impact of the collision, the woman later succumbed to her injuries after being transported to a hospital.

Meanwhile, authorities arrested the unidentified pickup-truck driver for suspicion of DUI causing bodily harm.
