Deadly Pedestrian Accident Results in Fatality near 42nd Avenue

FREDERICKSON, WA (September 30, 2021) – Tuesday morning, an unidentified woman died in a fatal hit-and-run crash on 200th Street.

The deadly crash occurred around 6:30 a.m., in the 4200 block of 200th Street East. Crews responded to the scene shortly after receiving multiple dispatch calls.

According to reports, the 911 caller told officers that they had seen a woman lying in the road and injured. It appeared that the driver of the vehicle that struck her fled the scene.

Authorities arrived and pronounced the female pedestrian dead at the scene. However, her identity has not yet been provided.

At this time, officers are searching for anyone with further information about the fatal hit-and-run crash on 200th Street.
