Female Victim Killed in Forklift Accident near Broadway Road

TEMPE, AZ (June 20, 2022) – Thursday morning, a woman was pronounced dead after a forklift accident on South Kachina Drive.

The incident happened around 5:00 a.m., at United Southwest Components, near McClintock Drive and Broadway Road.

According to reports, the woman lost her life in a work-related accident for reasons still not known.
