Traffic Accident near Gemini Street Left Two Hurt

INDUSTRY, CA (October 5, 2022) – Wednesday afternoon, a woman and a child sustained injuries in a hit-and-run on Azusa Avenue.

The collision happened around 1:30 p.m. near Gemini Street in the city of Industry, per initial reports.

Furthermore, according to the report, a man driving a silver Honda Accord ran through a posted red light and struck a woman and a child in the crosswalk.

However, the driver did not render aid to the victims and immediately fled the scene.

Responding medical personnel transported the woman and the child to a hospital for minor injuries.

In the end, authorities managed to locate the suspect and booked him in Sheriff’s Industry Station Jail. At this time, the identities of those involved in the crash have not been made public.
