Just like bad roads make good drivers, there would not have been good lawyers if there were no bad people. Besides the moral duty of representing the law in society, lawyers have often gone above and beyond to help people fight injustice in the courtroom. Robert Dominguez, the co-founder of The Founders Law, is a perfect example here. As a seasoned civil trial attorney, Robert founded a law firm to give back to the community. With a compassionate heart to fight for the injuries people have sustained due to the negligence of others, quality control is of utmost importance for Robert at The Founders Law.

Robert experienced the hardships of life at the tender age of 7. With only a few things and the clothes that he was wearing, Robert immigrated from Cuba to the U.S. Needless to say, his life experience has helped him realize the unfortunate situations many people face when they cannot file a civil suit to fight injustice done to them just because they don’t have the means. Due to this empathy, Robert decided to pursue a career to help people and be the voice for those less fortunate in society.

Personal injury law allowed Robert to fulfill his mission. He was able to fight for people who had been wronged and bring them justice. To take this initiative further, Robert and his wife started The Founders Law. Without any knowledge about managing a company or scaling up a business, Robert and his wife dedicatedly followed the company’s vision. They left no stone unturned to figure out the best ways to address the concerns of those who sought legal assistance. All their hard work paid off, bringing much recognition to Robert and The Founders Law as trusted names in the field.

Managing a firm that was growing so fast was initially challenging for Robert, but he overcame it through his dedication to quality control. Robert ensures his team looks after all the issues and concerns that clients bring them. Since the inception of The Founders Law, Robert has always prioritized the clients’ needs over anything else. To help more and more people who don’t have the means to file civil suits, Robert undertakes all cases on a contingency basis. This means he and his team fight the case without charging fees until the client wins and receives compensation for their injury. This principle has helped him reach people from all walks of life.

With a proven track record of bringing justice to many different people who have found themselves injured, Robert’s skill and hard work have been recognized by the prestigious Super Lawyers Awards. Besides this, Robert is also a member of the famous Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Million Dollar Advocates is limited to attorneys who have won verdicts worth millions. This achievement also earned him membership to the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a position that less than 1 percent of the lawyers in the U.S currently hold.

Robert Dominguez has more plans to give back to the community in the near future. Apart from expanding The Founders Law across Florida, he wants to start a non-profit organization to fund education for underprivileged children. Considering all his plans, Robert’s next move will hopefully bring a positive change to society.
