We went looking for the best procedures for the winter months and found what we all are looking for to freshen us up and give us a Winter Glow. Located in the beautiful beach city of Manhattan Beach, Aesthetics On Highland Med Spa offers a wide range of procedures to get you ready for the new year. We asked the owner Roxanne Faire her recommendations for the perfect Winter Glow.

Roxanne suggested some of her favorite treatments for the winter and they are our favorites now.

1. Morpheus 8 for the Face/Neck/Eyes and Body: Rh Micro-needling, a controlled stamping with 12, 24 or 40 coated needles that range from 2 mm – 8 mm in depth. This procedure requires no sun exposure pre and post treatment. The face/neck area has only a couple hours of downtime but the body will take a couple weeks to heal.

The treatment results for the following areas are:

a) For the eyes it is like getting an upper and lower blepharoplasty without surgery.

b) Face and neck results appear like you have lost weight and shrink wrapped the skin to create a nice chiseled jawline and lifting of cheeks as well as texture smoothing and shrinking of pore size.

c) The body has almost immediate results that continue over the next 6 months.

Treatments are once a month for 3 month

2. Perfect Derma Peel – for hyperpigmentation and melasma. Remove unwanted dark spots from your skin without lasers. Downtime is day 4-7 where you will peel like a snake but the outcome is clear perfect skin.

3. Dermal Fillers – to enhance your beauty. Different fillers are used for different areas in your face. So, get ready for the new year with plumper lips. Fill hollow areas to fill in volume loss and give a smoother and youthful look.
