Ever wonder what all the swirling, sniffing, spitting and general snootiness have to do with drinking a glass of wine? Take the intimidation out of tastings at WAM, which stands for Wine, Art, Music, or a fun approach to distinguishing your Cabs from your pinots, your fruits from your earths and woods. Guest winemakers and Adam Leemon (a.k.a. radio personality Adam the Wine Guy, from The Tasting Room with Tom Leykis) will be on hand to answer questions, guide you through the wine world, or just ignore you, if that's what you prefer. Sipping under the stars in the courtyard of a recording-studio should lessen the chance of having some old dude sidled up next to you taking it all so damn seriously. Tonight's featured wines are Henriot, La Fentre and Pali; live music provided by River Rouge.
