Ware died from a small caliber gunshot wound to his face. Police found Ware's car stopped at a curb. The engine was still running and the keys were in the car. Police have no suspects and don't believe the shooting was gang-related. “He was probably talking to somebody,” said LAPD homicide detective David Garrido. “He lived across the street.” Anyone with information about the shooting should contact LAPD Southwest Division detectives at (213) 485-4341.
