Sarah’s not only focuses on the dynamics of fitness itself, but also the rise in virtual challenges for remote personal training and increased digital wellbeing. The emphasis she gives to the medialization of fitness is what sets her apart from other personal trainers and coaches, as the changing paradigms of the industry become increasingly relevant. According to the latest report by Global Market Insights, the market valuation of online fitness will cross $30 billion by 2026. Online fitness is here to stay with 72% of gyms and personal trainers now offering on-demand and livestream group workouts, up from 25% in 2019, and Sarah’s knowledge and activity in her business is what continues to allow for its exponential success. Sarah also mentioned that to build a successful business, she made sure to have consistency in her business plans. Sarah gave an importance to finding a niche in her classes and events, as well as knowing the expertise in the fitness genre that she was working in. “After you’ve done that, then you constantly are developing, growing and educating” she said.
