21-Year-Old Wendy Rosas Dead After a Suspected DUI Accident on McFadden Avenue

SANTA ANA, CA (August 24, 2021) Wendy Rosas, 21, of Westminster, died in a two-vehicle collision in Santa Ana on Sunday morning.

The fatal DUI accident occurred around 12:15 a.m. on August 22 in the area of 4800 W. McFadden Avenue.

According to reports, Rosas’ Ford Edge was speeding east on McFadden when it collided with the back of an eastbound Toyota Sequoia.

The Ford swerved onto the south sidewalk and collided with a utility pole as a result of the impact.

Wendy, who was allegedly driving while intoxicated, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Emergency crews then rushed Rosas’ two injured passengers to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Authorities discovered multiple alcohol containers inside the Ford, leading them to believe the crash was alcohol-related.

However, an active investigation is underway.
