Meanwhile, former LAPD homicide detective Steve Hodel, who published a controversial 2003 book claiming his late father was the Black Dahlia murderer, has a new one out with Ralph Pelluzzo.  Most Evil: The Further Serial Murders of Dr. George Hodel picks up, as its title suggests, where Hodel's first Daddy Dearest left off. The new book, packed with the authors' research, speculates that Hodel's father was a rapacious serial killer possibly responsible for dozens of murders in Los Angeles. Book Soup,
