We Predict Flosstradamus will Stun the Exchange: Influential Chicago trap DJ and producer Flosstradamus has been relatively quiet of late when it comes to new releases. We Predict Flosstradamus will Stun the Exchange But he’s bringing his HDYFEST tour to Los Angeles for this set.

This writer chatted with Curt Cameruci back in 2017. “I think at the end of the day, the sound of Floss has always been heavily hip-hop and dance influenced,” he said. “Whether that was us making mash-ups back in 2005 to now having a single with Waka Flocka Flame.”

His former partner in the band Josh Young quit at the start of that year. “I had to try to figure out what to do next, how to change it up,” he said. “We have a giant fan base. We just wanted to figure how to do the things that we were doing right, and then take the things that we were doing wrong and make them better. The past two months have been just about organizing and getting things lined up, and we’re excited to show what we have at Red Rocks. When I say ‘we,’ I mean myself and the management team. They’ve been a big help with this.”

“Part of the new Flosstradamus is making a lot more music,” he added. “That was one thing that we weren’t doing in Floss — we slacked on making music. We only put a few songs out last year. I’m trying to step it up and put out a lot more music this year. That’s one of the big goals.”

We Predict Flosstradamus will Stun the Exchange: The event takes place at 10 p.m. on Saturday, April 23 at the Exchange LA.
