Inspired by the 1970s CBS game show Match Game, the L.A. Gay and Lesbian Center's popular The MisMatch Game once again takes us back to that era of naughty questions and mildly racist jokes. Filling in for leisure suit–wearing host Gene Rayburn is creator Dennis Hensley (writer on E!'s Fashion Police), who's assembled a dozen of your favorite TV and web actors across two nights, including Jonny McGovern (the Gay Pimpin' podcast), Drew Droege (YouTube's Chloe Sevigny) and Julie Goldman (Logo network's The Big Gay Sketch Show). Volunteers from the audience will attempt to match the actors' answers, and the cast will be impersonating everyone from Elizabeth Taylor to Harvey Fierstein to Arianna Huffington. If you close your eyes long enough, you'll swear it's really Charles Nelson Reilly up there smoking a pipe. Renberg Theater, 1125 N. McCadden Place, Hlywd.; Fri.-Sat., Jan. 11-12, 8 p.m.; $15. (323) 860-7300, lagaycenter.org.

Fri., Jan. 11, 8 p.m.; Sat., Jan. 12, 8 p.m., 2013
