This November, when the L.A. Zoo celebrates its 50th anniversary, it will launch the microsite ZooLAbrate50.org, which allows zookeepers, staff and visitors alike to upload pictures and share their memories of visits over the decades. In the meantime, here's a collection of vintage pictures from the '60s.
