55-Year-Old Victim Fatally Injured in Auto Collision near Fambrough Drive

BAKERSFIELD, CA (August 19, 2022) – Monday afternoon, Vicki Arlene Doty was pronounced dead after a car crash on White Lane.

Authorities responded to the scene around 2:50 p.m., near Fambrough Drive, just south of South High School.

At this time, the events leading up to the incident remain unclear. However, reports indicate that officers located the severely injured woman at the scene.

Medical personnel transported her to Kern Medical for further treatment, where she later succumbed to her injuries. Crews identified her as 55-year-old Doty, of Bakersfield.
