Crash on Union Street near Silva Avenue

EUREKA, CA (October 28, 2022) – Tuesday night, police responded to a crash on Union Street where a vehicle crashed into a yard.

The accident happened on October 25th, at approximately 6:40 p.m., in the 3600 block of Union Street near Silva Avenue.

According to police, a white, four-door sedan drove through a fence and crashed into a concrete wall. The impact of the collision left wreckage and debris in its wake.

Emergency crews arrived to the site of the collision shortly after and assessed the situation. It is currently unclear whether or not any injuries were sustained in the crash. However, further investigations are currently underway.

Meanwhile, officials closed down the areas surrounding the incident to perform cleanup and preliminary duties.
