This week's “Reel Talk with Stephen Farber” has the Hollywood Reporter movie critic, who's sat across everyone from Michael Caine to John Cusack, screening Max Mayer's Sundance prize-winning Adam (Fox Searchlight). Mayer, who's written for and directed The West Wing and Alias, makes his film debut with this New York romantic comedy starring Hugh Dancy (Confessions of a Shopaholic) as an eccentric man with Asperger's Syndrome and an obsessive knowledge of NASA and all things astronomical, who falls in love with his neighbor, played by Rose Byrne.
