Don't do meth, kids.

If “Breaking Bad” doesn't have you convinced, just look to the Glendale Police Department, whose Thursday-morning arrest of 34-year-old Umar Kahn is the best anti-drug PSA ever to grace the news wire.

Cops tell City News Service that they pulled Kahn over for running a stop sign on Royal Boulevard. But when they approached his window, they found they had bigger problems:

The “married computer technician” was allegedly sitting in the driver's seat of his 2004 Honda Accord (total creeper car!) with no pants or underwear on. When asked why, the suspect said he was “sexually frustrated and hadn't had sex in a month,'' and that driving naked “gave him a sense of freedom,'' according to Sergeant Tom Lorenz.

Officers soon determined that Khan had been smoking meth during the joyride. They reportedly found a glass pipe in the vehicle — alongside his pants, underwear, etc.

Needless to say, Khan was arrested on the spot.. He was jailed under $35,000 bail (which he has since posted) on suspicion of indecent exposure, methamphetamine possession and being under the influence of methamphetamine.

Then, somehow, things got worse.

Investigators determined that Khan was a serial neighborhood masturbator who had been haunting the cul-de-sacs and driveways of the city, reports the Glendale News-Press:

During the ensuing investigation, police say they learned that the man, Umar Khan of Glendale, often drives around the city at night or early morning hours naked from the waist down and looks for a cul-de-sac or home driveway to masturbate in, Glendale Police Sgt. Tom Lorenz said.

… Anyone who may have seen Khan — he typically wears glasses — in their neighborhood was encouraged to call Glendale police Det. Aaron Zeigler at (818) 548-3106.

The suspect could have taken his nasty habitry to nearby communities, as well. Sergeant Lorenz tells City News that investigators are looking into a “similar situation” involving Khan in nearby Pomona, about one year back.

Like we said: Meth. No. And if you're going to cruise Glendale with your pants down, at least stop at the freaking stop signs.
