Two Missionaries Died after Fatal Crash on Indian Service Route 125

RAMAH, NM (August 3, 2021) – Two missionaries Michael Davis and Tyson Haycock, both 20 years old were killed in a traffic accident Thursday afternoon on SR 125.

The tragic accident occurred around 4:23 p.m. July 22 on Indian Service Route 125.

According to reports, the missionaries were driving a Toyota Tacoma when they collided head-on with a Ram pickup truck. Authorities are unsure what caused this collision.

Responding officers arrived at the scene, and declared Davis and Tyson dead at the scene.

Medics took a third missionary in the same car, Britton Berrett, 19, of Idaho, with serious injuries to a hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile, other medics transported the Ram pickup truck driver to a local hospital for treatment.

The cause of the accident still remains unknown at this time, however, the Ramah Police are still currently investigating the deadly crash.
