29-Year-Old Woman Hit by Car on 164th Avenue

VANCOUVER, WA (January 31, 2022) – 29-year-old Tyler Haynes sustained injuries after a pedestrian and car accident on 164th Avenue.

The collision occurred around 5:45 p.m. close to Southeast 164th Avenue

Haynes, driving an eastbound 2005 Ford Focus, when she became involved in a collision near Southeast 164th Avenue, according to investigators.

Her car then became disabled on the left shoulder. She then exited her car and jumped over the barrier.

Tyler attempted to cross the westbound lanes when Cesar Serrano, 35, of Vancouver in a 2015 Chevrolet Malibu struck her.

Paramedics rushed Haynes to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in unclear condition.

Serrano, on the other hand, escaped the accident unscathed.
