Two people were wounded when robbers shot them at a Northridge pot shop Wednesday night. Because this kind of medicine-dispensing business is so safe and legit.

The robbery at a cannabis store at Roscoe Boulevard and White Oak Avenue was reported at 9:35 p.m., police said. The two who were shot were hospitalized.

The robbers took of with cash, police said.

Sorry, Chief Beck, but these businesses continue to attract crime. Violent crime. Yeah, regular pharmacies get robbed too. But we're hard pressed to remember the last time people were shot.

There were at least a half-dozen homicides in L.A. and environs connected to medical pot in 2010.
