Red Bluff Multi-Vehicle Resulted in Two Fatalities

RED BLUFF, CA (August 25, 2021) – Police are investigating a multi-vehicle crash on State Route 99 left one man and one woman dead last Sunday.

The fatal incident occurred around 7:35 A.M. as a man drove a 2009 Ford Focus northbound on State Route 99 north of Butler Street.

Simultaneously, 39-year-old Nicholas Hall of Anderson was driving a 2019 Isuzu in the southbound lanes.

At that time, a woman traveling in a 2007 Nissan Sentra was also behind Hall’s vehicle.

All of a sudden, the Ford Focus entered the southbound lane into the path of the Isuzu, said investigators.

Unfortunately, both the drivers of the Ford and Nissan received fatal injuries and died at the scene.

Meanwhile, Nicholas Hall and his passenger, 24-year-old Michael Zuhlke did not sustain any injuries.
