Traffic Collision on Corwin Road Left Two Hurt

APPLE VALLEY, CA (March 29, 2022) – Monday evening, two people sustained injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Rimrock Road, police said.

A crash was reported at 5:35 p.m. at the intersection of Rimrock Road and Corwin Road.

Furthermore, the Firefighters first responded to the scene and located a pickup truck and SUV vehicle with major damages.

Eventually, the fire crews found one individual trapped in one of the vehicles and immediately extricated the victim.

Afterward, they reported that the victim was in critical condition and requested a helicopter for immediate transport of the person to a Loma Linda University Medical Center.

Meanwhile, the second victim sustained minor injuries.

No further details were made available at the time.

Circumstances surrounding the collision remain under investigation.
