Three Vehicles Collide near Air Base Parkway, Two Hospitalized

FAIRFIELD, CA (April 29, 2022) – On Sunday afternoon, a multi-vehicle collision on Interstate 80 hospitalized two people.

According to reports, the accident occurred around 1:46 p.m. involving three vehicles along the I-80, near Air Base Parkway.

Furthermore, emergency crews extracted several individuals, two of whom required hospitalization. However, their current condition is still unknown.

Moreover, both directions of the roadway were temporarily closed to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties. The Interstate has since reopened.

Additionally, Fairfield officials are launching an active investigation into the multi-vehicle collision on Interstate 80. More information will be posted as it becomes available to the public.
