Driver Crashes to Home Near Kitching Street, Two People Injured

MORENO VALLEY, CA (May 3, 2023) – Early Friday morning, two people sustained injuries following a car crash on Windjammer Drive. The incident occurred around 1:00 a.m., at the 14300 block of Windjammer near Kitching Street. According to reports, a driver lost control of the vehicle and collided with a home. The impact of the collision left the driver and a resident of the home injured. CalFire and American Medical Response arrived at the scene shortly after. Medics then transported both victims to Riverside University Medical Center for treatment. At this time, the cause of the crash remains under investigation. It was unclear whether DUI played a factor in the incident.
