Two CPA Employees Injured after Truck Crashes into Building near Power Road

MESA, AZ (July 13, 2023) – Thursday morning, police were called to a single-vehicle crash on Baseline and Power Road that injured two people. Police responded to the scene around 9:30 a.m., near Power Road on June 15th. According to reports, the driver of a truck crashed into a commercial building with people inside at the time. As a result, two people were hurt and one suffered a broken leg. Paramedics transported both injured victims to a nearby hospital for further treatment. Although, authorities have not yet released their identities. Following preliminary duties, officers suspected that impairment played a factor. At this time, it was not yet stated if the driver was arrested. Once available, further details will be provided about the single-vehicle crash on Baseline Road.
