LAS VEGAS, NV (March 5, 2023) – Saturday night, two children sustained injuries after a hit-and-run crash on Spanish Drive. The accident occurred on February 18th, at around 11:19 p.m. north of Spanish View Lane near Stuart Avenue. According to Nevada Highway Patrol, a 28-year-old man driving a northbound 2004 Nissan Titan swerved onto the southbound travel lane, drove onto the sidewalk, and crashed into a block wall. The driver had already fled the scene when officers arrived, leaving his two passengers, a 19-month-old and a 9-year-old girl, injured. Responding paramedics rushed the two victims to UMC hospital, where the 19-month-old girl remains critical and the 9-year-old girl suffered minor injuries.
