Motorcycle Accident on Union Hills Drive Leaves

PHOENIX, AZ (August 4, 2022)Tucker Colby died in a motorcycle accident on 51st Avenue Sunday morning, per initial reports.

Police said a vehicle driven by Jaimie Arce ran through a red light while attempting to turn onto Union Hills, colliding with a group of motorcyclists.

Furthermore, two motorcycle riders were badly injured and 19-year-old Colby was pronounced dead at the scene; a fourth motorcyclist, was able to avoid the crash.

Eventually, authorities arrived and took 33-year-old Arce into custody at the Maricopa County Jail. According to police, Arce showed signs of impairment.

Additionally, a passenger of Colby, Carson Smith, suffered injuries together with another person.

Meanwhile, no additional information was added. Further investigations are still underway.
