Male Motorcyclist Fatally Struck by Vehicle on West Las Flores Avenue

KERN COUNTY, CA (December 9, 2021) – Thursday afternoon, 61-year-old Troy Michael Braem died in a motorcycle crash on North Brady Street.

The incident occurred at the intersection of N. Brady Street and W. Las Flores Avenue. Dispatchers responded to the scene shortly after.

California Highway Patrol officers say Braem was riding a motorcycle when he collided with a car at the intersection. However, the events leading up to the collision remain unknown.

Responding officers pronounced the rider, Braem, dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, authorities have not released information about the involved driver and no arrests have been made.

At this time, Kern County officials are still investigating the circumstances leading up to the deadly motorcycle accident.
