RED BLUFF, CA (November 16, 2023) – Sunday night, a DUI collision along Highway 36 left Tracy Battaglia and a teen injured. The collision happened on February 12th, at around 7:30 p.m., near the 21000 block of Highway 36. According to reports, David Brown was driving eastbound in a 2010 Toyota Corolla when he crashed head-on into a westbound 2017 Audi Q3.
