Road Closed after Cement Truck Rolls Over near Highway 160

ANTIOCH, CA (November 5, 2021) – Tuesday morning, injuries were reported after a tractor-trailer overturned on Highway 4.

The incident occurred shortly after 6:00 a.m. on the State Route 4 westbound connector. Dispatchers arrived to the scene near Highway 160 shortly after.

Later, the CHP issued a severe traffic alert due to the road closure. However, the events leading up to the incident remain unclear.

Furthermore, authorities also reported an unspecified injury from the accident.
