Blending R&B, pop, hip-hop and EDM, Vancouver, Washington native Res Cragun has been consistently releasing bangers for his growing fanbase. Most recently, he linked with super producer Flume on a brand new EP titled Quits.

The project’s title track sets the mood for summer 2019, reminding you to nip the negative and do what’s best for you. The dynamic between the two artists shines throughout the record, as both feed off each others’ talents and energy. Flume states, “Reo’s got a great ability to adapt to whatever’s going on musically, whether it’s something on the slower side or something high energy.”

Reo croons over the trap-heavy production, “Fuck that shit! I’m calling quits. She lead me on and leave me alone, let’s call it quits.”

The track is not only sonically appealing, but it’s empowering for audiences all across the world. We all know people that are toxic for us — it’s about coming to terms with yourself and knowing you’re able to proceed independently. Whether you’re cruising around town or simply reminiscing at home, “Quits” is a whole damn vibe!
